لوسيوس تراميتينيب – شراء عبر الإنترنت
تراميتينيب هو مثبط قابل للعكس لكيناز 1 المنظم للإشارات خارج الخلية المنشطة بالميتوجين (MEK1) وMEK2. وهو يثبط تكاثر الخلايا السرطانية وانتشارها عن طريق تثبيط نشاط بروتين MEK ومنع مسار إشارات MAPK.
