DABRADX Dabrafenib 75 mg
Dabrafenib ist ein BRAF-Inhibitor und als Mesylat erhältliches Krebsmedikament. Am 29. Mai 2013 erteilte die US-amerikanische Arzneimittelbehörde FDA gleichzeitig die Zulassung für Dabrafenib und Trametinib. Dabrafenib ist zugelassen zur Behandlung von inoperablem Melanom (Tumoren, die nicht operativ entfernt werden können) und metastasiertem Melanom (Tumoren, die sich auf andere Organe ausgebreitet haben) mit der BRAF-V6-Mutation (C6C60E), jedoch nicht zur Behandlung von Melanomen mit BRAF-Wildtyp. Mekinist wird zur Behandlung von Melanomen mit BRAF-V600E- oder BRAF-V600E-Mutation eingesetzt.
