VECLADX Venetoclax 100 mg
Venetoclax ist ein weltweit erstes selektives Medikament, das das B-Zell-Lymphom-2-Protein (BCL-2) gezielt hemmt. BCL-2 spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei bestimmten Blutkrebsarten und anderen Krebsarten, indem es den programmierten Zelltod (Apoptose) von Krebszellen verhindert. Venetoclax blockiert das BCL-2-Protein und stellt so die Apoptose wieder her. Ziel von Venetoclax ist es, die Funktion von BCL-2 selektiv zu hemmen, die zelluläre Kommunikation wiederherzustellen und den programmierten Zelltod von Krebszellen auszulösen, um dadurch Tumore zu behandeln.
