Standard order placement process

Select products and submit your request.

Customers can submit an order after viewing the specifications, quantity, and description on the product page. If multiple specifications are available, customers can select them directly on the product page.

Confirm inventory and purchase conditions

The back-end system checks inventory, prescription requirements, and delivery availability to the target country or region before providing a confirmation.

Payment or proceeding with the consultation

For regular goods, payment can be made directly; for prescription goods, additional medical information will be required before a Japanese doctor can determine whether a prescription can be issued.

Pharmacy dispensing and verification

After receiving the confirmation, the pharmacy will arrange for dispensing, verify the specifications and packaging, and prepare for shipment.
