VECLADX Venetoclax 100mg
Venetoclax là thuốc chọn lọc đầu tiên trên thế giới nhắm vào protein B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2). BCL-2 đóng vai trò quan trọng trong một số bệnh ung thư máu hoặc các loại ung thư khác, ngăn ngừa sự chết tế bào ung thư (quá trình apoptosis). Venetoclax hoạt động bằng cách ngăn chặn protein BCL-2, do đó khôi phục quá trình apoptosis. Venetoclax hướng đến việc ức chế chọn lọc chức năng của BCL-2, khôi phục hệ thống truyền thông tế bào và gây ra sự tự hủy diệt của tế bào ung thư, từ đó đạt được mục tiêu điều trị khối u.
