Delivery area and processing time
KESHAVcy currently uses Tokyo, Japan as its shipping coordination center, supporting domestic delivery within Japan and some international forwarding inquiries. Regular in-stock items are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation; processing time will be extended accordingly in case of prescription confirmation, holidays, or brand stock shortages.
Order process
- After submitting the order, the system will receive the product information, quantity, shipping information, and contact details.
- Customer service will check the product attributes to see if any additional information is needed, such as prescription information, delivery restrictions, or inventory alternatives.
- Once confirmed, the process begins with preparing and packaging the goods, and the subsequent logistics progress will be provided simultaneously.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Shipping costs, customs clearance requirements, and delivery times may vary depending on the country and region. You can add specific shipping templates later in the WooCommerce backend, or modify the description text directly here. If the order contains multiple items, the actual shipping method will be subject to the final confirmation from customer service.
