公告「含semaglutide及tirzepatide成分藥品風險評估及管制計劃」相關事宜主旨： 公告「含semaglutide及tirzepatide成分藥品風險評估及管控計劃」相關事宜。 依據： 藥事法第45條、第48條以及藥品安全監視管理辦法第10條。
公告事項： 一、為使病人正確合理使用旨揭成分藥品， 及確保用藥前皆經醫師專業評估與處方開立， 且由藥師調劑後給藥， 以維護用藥之風險效益平衡； 同時為使病人於用藥前能充分了解旨片成分藥物之潛在風險， 以民眾用藥安全，本部公告「含藥品安全，本部公告「含藥素」評估品。
二、凡持有旨罪成分藥品之許可證持有商， 應自公告日起3個月內依本公告製定風險評估及管控計劃， 並送交本部食品藥品管理署審核後， 自核准之次日起確實執行該計劃； 嗣後向本部申請旨案成分，經核准登記
三、前述藥品風險評估及管控計劃之執行成效報告， 應自核准執行日起每1年(12個月)檢送至本部食品藥物管理署審查。 未依規定辦理者， 依藥事法相關規定處辦。
